Job summary

You will coordinate with product groups, oversee account planning and installations, and mentor staff while ensuring projects stay on time and on budget. Travel up to 20% and relocation support are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong understanding of Applied Materials standards of business conduct.
• Proven leadership to supervise daily work and develop employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address technical inquiries, and visit customers regularly.
• Coach and direct a team of customer engineers, including scheduling, performance reviews, and development.
• Manage other managers as needed and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Interface with Product Divisions and Sales to identify customer-specific solutions.
• Oversee account planning, cost efficiency, and collaboration with district sales engineers.
• Oversee system installations and project execution, including planning and reporting.
• Serve as the point of contact for service-related issues and coordinate with sales and support teams.
