Job summary

Envu in Cary, NC seeks a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to drive campaign planning and activation for priority market segments. You will partner with marketing leaders to develop campaigns, deliver ROI, and support events and product launches.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across channels. This is a permanent, on-site role focused on environmental science markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in marketing with ability to activate strategic marketing plans and campaigns.

• Collaborate with Sr. Campaign Activation Analyst to align objectives and tactics for Sr. Customer Marketing Managers.
• Coordinate inputs for sales monthly newsletter updates.
• Actively participate in/lead customer events, product needs training and support product launches.

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

• Responsible for executing campaign and business plans for products/services in priority market segments, specifically, customer campaigns and channel incentive programs.
• Provide campaign and program analytics support to Sr. Customer Marketing Managers.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Support development and execution of campaign plans for assigned sub‑segments under guidance of Sr. Customer Marketing Manager. Contribute to delivery of campaign targets and ROI for assigned segments.
• Drive the execution of marketing programs and tactics (e.g. integrated offer, financial concepts, loyalty programs, digital marketing touchpoints) to ensure that they meet customer needs and can be measured and evaluated for effectiveness.
• In collaboration with Sr. Campaign Activation Analyst, review monthly steering/guidance on campaign objectives and tactics to Sr. Customer Marketing Managers.
• Coordinate inputs for sales business monthly newsletter updates.
• Actively participate/lead customer events, product & needs training and support product launches.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• B.A./B.S. Business or Marketing related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in marketing with a proven ability to activate strategic marketing plans and marketing campaigns.
• Prior experience in environmental science markets.
• Excellent oral, written and network communication skills to effectively inform teams.
• Evolving analytical and business modelling skills.
• A proven work history of acting as a team player
• Demonstrated execution skills
• Strong project management and attention to detail
• Some experience in the industrial vegetation management or range and pasture segments preferred but not required.
