Job summary

Envu's Commercial NA team in Cary, NC is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist – PPM to help develop and execute campaign plans for priority market segments, focusing on customer campaigns and channel incentives. You will analyze campaign performance, support ROI targets, and coordinate with the Sr.

Campaign Activation Analyst to steer objectives. The role includes coordinating monthly newsletters and participating in customer events and product launches.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. Business or Marketing related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in marketing.
• Prior experience in environmental science markets.
• Excellent oral, written and network communication skills to effectively inform teams.
• Evolving analytical and business modelling skills.
• A proven work history of acting as a team player
• Demonstrated execution skills
• Strong project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of campaign plans for assigned sub-segments under guidance of Sr. Customer Marketing Manager. Contribute to delivery of campaign targets and ROI for assigned segments.
• Drive the execution of marketing programs and tactics (e.g. integrated offer, financial concepts, loyalty programs, digital marketing touchpoints) to ensure that they meet customer needs and can be measured and evaluated for effectiveness.
• In collaboration with Sr. Campaign Activation Analyst, review monthly steering/guidance on campaign objectives and tactics to Sr. Customer Marketing Managers.
• Coordinate inputs for sales business monthly newsletter updates.
• Actively participate/lead customer events, product & needs training and support product launches.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• B.A./B.S. Business or Marketing related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in marketing with a proven ability to activate strategic marketing plans and marketing campaigns.
• Prior experience in environmental science markets.
• Excellent oral, written and network communication skills to effectively inform teams.
• Evolving analytical and business modelling skills.
• A proven work history of acting as a team player
• Demonstrated execution skills
• Strong project management and attention to detail
• Some experience in the professional pest management industry preferred but not required. Experience in other environmental sciences industries such as lawn and landscape, ornamental or the public health industries will also be considered.
