Envu in Cary, North Carolina, is seeking a Senior Regulatory Digital Products Specialist to lead Envu's Regulatory Digital Platforms ecosystem (Veeva, LISAM, Power BI) and shape the roadmap for regulatory data and digital solutions.

You will align capabilities with regulatory requirements, drive adoption, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value while advancing transformation across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Digital Transformation or related field.
• Min 5 years experience leading or supporting Regulatory Information Management, digital platforms or business transformation in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes, data governance and digital operating models.

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

• Own and govern Envu's Regulatory Digital Platforms ecosystem (including Veeva, LISAM, Power BI and connected solutions), ensuring it evolves as a strategic business capability that supports regulatory compliance, operational excellence and digital transformation.
• Define the platforms vision, roadmap and governance, driving adoption, continuous improvement and the delivery of measurable business value through integrated regulatory data, processes and digital solutions.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Define, maintain and communicate the vision, strategy and roadmap for Envu's Regulatory Digital Platforms cosystem.
• Prioritize business demand and coordinate platform investments and enhancement initiatives to maximize regulatory, operational and strategic value.
• Ensure alignment between digital solutions, regulatory requirements, business priorities and long-term transformation objectives.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary business liaison between Regulatory, Product Stewardship, ITBP, Data & Analytics and the Chief Data Office (CDO).
• Foster strong partnerships with solution providers and business stakeholders to support sustainable platform evolution and adoption.

Digital Transformation & Process Excellence

• Drive the continuous improvement, harmonization and digitization of regulatory information management processes, supporting the design and implementation of future-state solutions and operating models.
• Identify opportunities to simplify operations, reduce manual activities and increase automation through digital capabilities and emerging technologies.

Regulatory Information & Data Strategy

• Promote the quality, integrity and utilization of regulatory information and related data assets across the digital ecosystem.
• Ensure digital platforms support accurate, compliant and traceable management of regulatory information throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with business and data owners to strengthen data governance, master data management and reporting capabilities.
• Define and monitor platform performance indicators, adoption metrics and KPIs to demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
• Lead change management, communication and user engagement activities to maximize adoption and value realization.

Innovation & Future Capability Development

• Contribute to business cases, strategic initiatives and transformation programs that strengthen Envu's Regulatory Information Management capabilities.
• Support the development of scalable, integrated and future-ready digital capabilities that enable long-term growth and operational excellence.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Digital Transformation or a related industry.
• Minimum 5 years Experience leading or supporting Regulatory Information Management, digital platforms or business transformation initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes, data governance and digital operating models.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into sustainable digital solutions and product roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across business, IT and data organizations.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, digital ecosystems and cross-functional governance models.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
