Job summary

Envu is seeking a Senior Product Supply leader in Cary, NC to design and govern planning processes across regions, drive inventory reduction and improve service levels. You will coordinate shared manufacturing inputs and AI sourcing, while leading diverse teams in a complex global environment.

You will champion forecasting excellence, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with commercial and sourcing partners to ensure resilient supply and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain or Operations Management).
• Proven global or regional supply chain and operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading multicultural regional/global teams.
• Strong cross-functional project experience.
• Outstanding leadership and networking abilities.

FUNCTION: Product Supply

LOCATION: Cary, North Carolina

Main Purpose:

• Lead the design, standardization and global governance of Envu's planning processes, and coordinate shared manufacturing services and critical global supply inputs such as Active Ingredients (AIs). Success is significantly lower inventory (freeing up working capital) and stronger service levels that support customer reliability and growth as Envu prepares for an exit.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design and enforce global standards, templates and planning processes across all regions
• Establish planning governance: cadence, KPIs, escalation paths and accountability frameworks
• Lead performance management of the global planning function, prioritizing inventory reduction and service level improvement
• Drive best‑in‑class forecasting and planning, and institutionalize commercial and supply collaboration for better forecasting and service
• Oversee maturity of the planning system rollout and drive digitalization and data reporting
• Act as global planning owner for shared manufacturing and AI sourcing coordination, ensuring cross‑regional alignment on product supply
• Support demand alignment, allocation planning and supply continuity for strategic ingredients, with one integrated view of supply chain risk and needs
• Build capability across planning teams through mentoring, coaching and best practices; provide clarity and leadership across matrixed, globally dispersed teams
