Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide complex analytics, translate large data sources into actionable insights for the Marketing team and other business units. You will design and deliver dashboards, lead data integration, and drive reporting maturity across the organization.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, PowerBI, and cloud experience, with a track record of delivering insights that shape strategy. Collaboration with IT, Sales, Marketing and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 6+ years in applied projects and digital transformation.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analyses in cloud environments.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor core to the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments with aligned timelines.
• Lead customer and market analyses—size, share, growth, segmentation to inform marketing strategy.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, audits, validation, and data assets stewardship.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across multiple systems.
