Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to guide complex analytics initiatives that translate large data sources into actionable insights for the Marketing team and broader business.

You will design dashboards, oversee reporting frameworks, and drive data quality and governance across multiple systems. The role requires advanced SQL and proficiency with Python, Power BI, and data tools, plus 6+ years in analytics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent required.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years in applied projects demonstrating digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience.
• 4+ years as a key individual contributor within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards and analytics products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems.
