Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst in the United States to drive customer insights and data analytics initiatives.

You will lead the design and delivery of advanced dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations for the Marketing team and beyond. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in applied projects and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses including sizing, share analysis, growth trends, and segmentation to support Marketing strategy.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity and steward data assets.
• Coordinate data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems to support complex initiatives.
