Job summary

Tobii Dynavox, a leader in assistive communication solutions, is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Associate for Rehadapt North America. You will own day-to-day customer service, handle quotations, orders, invoicing, returns, and escalations while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and our teams in Germany.

This hybrid role is based in Pittsburgh with three days remote and two onsite days at our Moon Township headquarters, supporting growth across North America and aligning with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Inside Sales or operations.
• Experience in AAC, assistive technology, medical devices or healthcare is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for North American customers and partners.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Support invoicing questions and manage returns, backorders and credits with Finance.
• Resolve order, delivery and invoice issues to resolution.
• Document customer interactions and cases in the CRM with data quality.
