Job summary

Tobii Dynavox, including Rehadapt, is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Associate to own day-to-day Customer Service for North America. You will handle quotations, orders, invoicing, returns and escalations, collaborating with Sales, Operations and Finance in a global role.

Hybrid schedule with 3 remote days and 2 onsite days at the Moon Township, PA HQ. You will improve response times and customer experience while aligning with the global Customer Service organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Inside Sales or operations.
• Experience in AAC, assistive technology, medical devices or healthcare is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without local supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for North American customers and partners.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Support invoicing questions and manage returns, backorders and credits with Finance.
• Resolve order, delivery and invoice issues and drive them to resolution.
• Document customer interactions and orders in the CRM with high data quality.
