Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Associate to own day‑to‑day customer service for North America from Pittsburgh. You will handle quotations, orders, invoicing, returns, and escalations, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless order process.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service or related fields, preferably with AAC or assistive technology experience. Hybrid schedule with some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years experience in Customer Service or related operations.
• Experience in AAC, assistive technology, medical devices or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for North American customers and partners via phone, email, and Teams.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Support invoicing questions and manage returns, backorders, and credits with Finance.
