Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in an office setting with 20%+ of duties assisting customers over the phone.
• Computer literacy with 1+ year experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Overtime with little notice; weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules customers and assists customers with inquiries.
• Provides customer services relating to sales, promotions, installations and communications.
• Processes payments, schedules appointments, and handles refunds.
• Performs data entry and uses emails, texts and other tools to route resources.
• Maintains good customer relations and resolves claims fairly under consumer laws.
