Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules customers and assists with inquiries.
• Provides customer services related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
• Handles incoming/outgoing calls, processes payments, offers service plans, schedules appointments, and processes refunds.
• Performs data entry and uses emails/texts/other tools to route resources efficiently.
• Maintains good customer relations and resolves claims in line with consumer laws.
• Follows company policies and safety procedures.
