Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Las Vegas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the company, answering inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, and guiding customers to solutions that reflect our service standards.

You will schedule service appointments, maintain accurate records in our software, and collaborate with dispatch and field technicians to deliver a seamless, first‑class customer experience across thousands of homeowners in the valley.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
• Schedule service appointments and maintenance visits accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests while providing exceptional customer service.
• Make outbound calls to maintenance members and prospective customers to schedule appointments.
• Coordinate schedules with dispatch and field technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer records using company software.
• Resolve customer concerns while creating a positive experience.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Help maximize daily booking opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with dispatch, service managers, and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
