Job summary

Sellars Absorbent Materials, Inc. seeks a Senior Customer Experience Representative to support customers across Finished Goods, Rolled Goods, and Nonwovens, coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

You will serve as a SME for key issues, manage inquiries via phone or email, and drive KPI attainment while maintaining meticulous records in CRM and related systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer service or order management role in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving, follow-through, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders from scheduling through shipping with accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between sales, logistics, and finance teams.
• Provide order updates and delivery details with attention to detail.
• Investigate customer issues and implement corrective actions with supervisor.
• Resolve billing, credits, and rebates as needed.
• Maintain customer files in CRM and assist with SOP documentation.
