Job summary

Sellars Absorbent Materials is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Representative to support customers across Finished Goods, Rolled Goods and Nonwovens. You will link sales, logistics, and finance to manage orders, resolve issues, and build lasting customer relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams, handle inquiries, verify pricing and availability, and drive KPI attainment while ensuring accurate records and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in a customer service or order management role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving, follow-through, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing to support customer accounts and resolve issues.
• Act as liaison between retailers, distributors and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Process and monitor customer orders from scheduling through shipping.
• Coordinate credit, planning, shipping, and logistics to meet delivery expectations.
• Provide order updates and status reports with attention to detail.
