Ladders is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer - LATAM to join a leader in the Information Technology space. You will serve as a technical partner to customers across LATAM, translating complex data and product capabilities into clear business value.

The role works with sales and post-sales teams to shape proof‑of‑concept engagements and drive strong customer outcomes, engaging executives from CIOs to developers in a consultative environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English for business communication.
• 6+ years of SaaS sales engineering or related field.
• Experience with data querying and transformation tools (SQL, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud databases (Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift).
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini).

• Act as trusted technical advisor on data architecture and business outcomes.
• Communicate effectively at all levels within the customer's organization.
• Bridge technical and business conversations to define outcomes.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Engineer - LATAM to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a technical partner to customers across LATAM, helping translate complex data and product capabilities into clear business value. You will work closely with sales and post-sales teams to shape successful proof-of-concept engagements and drive strong customer outcomes. The position requires comfort engaging both technical and executive stakeholders, from developers to CIOs, in a consultative sales engineering environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
