Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Washington DC seeks a Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market for enterprise customers. You will own the technical relationship from discovery through long-term adoption and expansion, operating as a quota-bearing technologist with AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil.

In the GTM organization you will deliver architecture designs, live demos, PoCs, and content that showcases the value of the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments with SaaS metrics understanding.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management to bridge technical work and C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map customer initiatives to company solutions.
• Build relationships and technical champions within accounts.
• Develop and present customer presentations at Enterprise levels.
• Lead demo and PoC activities for prospects and customers.
• Create professional content (white papers, blogs) to share knowledge.
• Represent the company at Developer, Community, Technology, Cybersecurity, and Industry events.
• Advise on best practices with in-depth domain knowledge.
