Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles and understanding of SaaS metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills bridging deep technical details to C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives, build bespoke architectures, and deliver demos and PoCs across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Own long-term technical relationships and align with the customer's business goals and product roadmap.
• Lead Technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
