United States Digital Space LLC, a leader in AI-enabled go-to-market solutions, is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical relationships from discovery through adoption and expansion.

You will operate as a quota-bearing technologist within the GTM organization, delivering architectural designs, PoCs, and strategic advisory while using AI-augmented workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and accelerate business outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-bearing or revenue-aligned environments with SaaS metrics understanding.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills bridging technical details and C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead discovery, build architectures, and deliver demos/PoCs across Security, Networking, Zero Trust and Developer Platforms.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain deep relationships with stakeholders through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Strategic Alignment: ensure ongoing alignment between customer goals and product roadmap.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: manage quota-driven growth, cross-sell and upsell opportunities; lead QBRs.
