Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.

• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver PoCs across the portfolio.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Strategic Alignment: ensure long-term technical alignment between business goals and product roadmap.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: manage a quota and drive platform adoption, revenue retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: leverage AI agents to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
