Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Holtsville, NY seeks a Senior Customer Engagement Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through complex customer engagements and pilots. You will drive timely issue resolution, align hardware and software deliverables, and ensure successful PoC outcomes with large enterprise customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering/program management, strong communication, and experience in AI-powered reporting or BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical BS; MS preferred.
• 5+ years of Engineering/Program management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Systems/Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Sales Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team of engineers and other stakeholders for customer engagements.
• Oversee product pilots and ensure performance/quality while tracking issues to resolution.
• Translate customer problems into clear solution requirements and deliverables.
• Present status and reviews to Senior Leadership using dashboards and JIRA.
