Job summary
Zebra Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / AI Enterprise Systems Analyst to drive AI-first frontend and backend integrations, mentor global teams, and translate AI capabilities into business outcomes within AI, SDLC, licensing, and Web Apps initiatives.
You will collaborate with product management and customers, design scalable AI architectures, leverage LLMs, and build reusable UI components while guiding architectural decisions and secure coding practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or 3+ years practical AI development experience.
- 5+ years software engineering in Agile environment with leadership trajectory.
- 1-2 years AI development experience with LLMs and AI code-centric models (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot).
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven development and architecture for frontend systems and AI modules.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers across a global team.
- Translate AI capabilities into business value and define use cases with product managers.
