Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical BS; MS preferred.
• 5+ years of Engineering/Program management for products in fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams (Systems and SW Eng, Product Managers, Account Teams, Sales Engineers) through complex customer engagements.
• Experience managing the full white-glove customer adoption lifecycle from lab testing to pilot locations and deployment.
• Strong track record of overseeing product pilots and driving issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on customer engagements across systems, software, product and sales.
• Oversee pilots and ensure performance and quality meet customer expectations.
• Translate customer problems into solution requirements.
• Drive multiple limited-scope projects concurrently.
• Identify and manage risks; present status with dashboards to senior leadership.
• Drive issue resolution in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Collaborate across development lifecycles to deliver successful deployments.
