Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Program Manager to lead large, complex technology programs for our enterprise industrial customers. This role will bridge customer executives with Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams to deliver technical, operational, and business outcomes.

You will oversee multiple interdependent workstreams, establish accountability across internal and customer teams, and indirectly lead Technical Project Managers responsible for development and deployment,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience involving large, customer-facing technology programs.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while coordinating multiple teams.
• Experience with enterprise software, robotics, AI, or industrial technology environments.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level customer stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams and cross-functional workstream owners.
• Strong understanding of product-development and technology-delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment including managing budgets and scope changes.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large, complex customer programs from scoping through deployment and handoff.
• Serve as the primary program-level interface between executive customer stakeholders and Field AI’s teams.
• Translate objectives into clear program requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Indirectly lead Technical Project Managers to keep workstreams aligned with program objectives.
• Establish governance with executive steering meetings, reviews, reporting, and escalation paths.
• Communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to executive and technical audiences.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges and changes in scope.
• Align product roadmaps with customer commitments and organizational capacity.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Capture lessons learned and improve enterprise program-management practices.
• Support expansion of programs from initial deployments to enterprise-wide adoption.
