Job summary

You will translate customer needs into integrated product requirements, drive PoC and pilots, and advance real-time intelligence and AI-driven analytics across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience in full life cycle program management.
• Experience in hardware & software engineering solutions and program management roles.
• Scrum agile methodologies implementation experience and knowledge of Scaled Agile, TDD and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program ownership from concept through development, testing, deployment and post-launch activities.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver hardware and software solutions integrated into Zebra's ecosystem.
• Drive Zebra Lifecycle Management (ZLM) governance, quality assurance and milestone delivery.
• Foster an agile mindset and manage multiple projects across global teams.
• Coordinate demonstrations, PoCs, pilots and validation tests to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
