Zebra in Holtsville, NY is seeking a Senior Customer Engagement Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and sales engineers on customer engagements and pilots.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in our Holtsville office. You will drive pilots from testing in customer labs to full deployments, ensuring performance and quality with a focus on AI-enabled reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Lead cross-functional teams through complex customer engagements.
• Experience managing pilots and deployment strategies.
• Track and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Support product/solution development to drive revenue via customer pilots and rollouts.
• Align customer expectations with hardware and feature deliverables for PoC, Pilot, and Roll Out.
• Translate customer problems into solution requirements.
• Execute multiple limited scope projects simultaneously.
• Oversee pilots to ensure performance and quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Present reviews to senior leadership using dashboards and JIRA.
