Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end XBU go-to-market activities for advanced AI projects, collaborating with Product Managers to incorporate direct customer feedback during pilots and drive execution using mature Agile practices.

You will manage a cross-functional team of software, systems, and test engineers, align with Marketing, Sales, and Experience Designers, and own program plans, budgets, risks, and milestones across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of program management experience with team leadership.
• Strong full life cycle program management experience.
• Scrum agile methodologies implementation experience.
• Experience with software development best practices including Scaled Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration.

Responsibilities

• Functional leadership of program management teams and mentorship.
• Lead scaled Agile cross-functional teams and promote agile capabilities.
• Organize and lead scrum teams as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
• Translate customer problems into solution requirements.
• Oversee release management, demos, pilots, and proofs of value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Support.
