Job summary

Horizon3 seeks a Senior Customer Enablement Manager to design and deliver the foundational Horizon3 Customer Academy for NodeZero. You will craft practical, hands-on learning experiences enabling customers to confidently use NodeZero across workflows and tiers.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, CS, and SMEs to build certifications, labs, and real-world assessments, driving adoption and time to value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer enablement, technical enablement, instructional design, customer education, learning experience design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building technical customer education, certifications, academies, onboarding programs, or product training.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning content.
• Hands-on experience creating digital learning content with Articulate Rise or comparable authoring platforms.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering.
• Direct experience with NodeZero, autonomous penetration testing, offense cybersecurity domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve a customer learning experience that enables NodeZero usage across capabilities, tiers, workflows, and functionality.
• Create customer certifications, hands-on exercises, guided learning paths, and other enablement experiences to accelerate time to value.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CS, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Attack Research, and SMEs to translate complex concepts into customer education.
• Define curriculum architecture and learning paths organized by customer role, use case, and product tier.
• Lead content development and refine learning content while partnering with SME communities and senior leadership.
