Brink’s is seeking a Customer Program Senior Manager to lead end-to-end deployments of Digital Retail Solutions with strategic customers. You will align Product Development, Engineering, Finance, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery, strong adoption, and operational handoff.

The role demands deep program-management discipline, customer-facing leadership, and the ability to influence without authority across a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leading strategic customer programs, enterprise deployments, or cross-functional transformations.
• Experience in highly matrixed organizations with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Technology, Commercial, Finance, and customer-facing teams.
• Experience in global or multi-country environments preferred.
• Experience managing complex multi-workstream deployments, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic customer programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic customer deployments from opportunity qualification through deployment, stabilization, and operational handoff.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for strategic customer deployments across participating functions.
• Coordinate commercial, technical, and operational teams during solution design, proposal development, implementation planning, deployment, and stabilization.
• Maintain professional customer communications and governance with internal leadership.
• Provide executive-level reporting on scope, schedule, readiness, risks, and actions.
