• Investigates and researches delinquent accounts and prepares associated correspondence.
• Processes delinquent final billings, payment arrangements and shut-offs; coordinates with Meter Services.
• Receives customer payments and responds to routine inquiries; backs up supervisors when needed.
• Performs related duties as required.
