Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing in Union City, CA is seeking a Sr. Customer Care Specialist to manage end-to-end order activity, ensure accurate pricing and documentation, and coordinate with Operations, Quality and Finance to keep customers satisfied.

The role requires an experienced professional who can drive issue resolution, support account growth, and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer service, order management, or related roles in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems for order management and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to drive cross-functional follow-through and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders from receipt through shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate pricing, part numbers, revisions, lead times, specifications, and special requirements before release.
• Maintain orders and customer records in ERP/CRM with high accuracy.
• Own order changes, expedites, delivery updates, and follow-through with internal teams.
