Qualifications

• 5–7 years in customer account management or related roles.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Account Management team.
• Oversee daily account activities, inquiries, order updates, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, and Sales to resolve issues and improve service.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage escalations.
