Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Customer Account Managers for service delivery and KPIs.
• Oversee order processing, forecasting, and documentation within ERP/CRM.
• Maintain customer relationships, coordinate across departments to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex concerns to the General Manager and drive improvements.
• Monitor performance and promote continuous improvement in the order-to-delivery lifecycle.
