Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Customer & Brand Insights Consulting Lead to translate customer, brand, market, and partner intelligence into actionable business recommendations. You will act as an internal consultant across Marketing, CX, Services, Channel, and Strategy to frame questions, integrate data, and influence decisions from identification through execution and measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, market research, behavioral science, statistics, or economics.
• Typically 8+ years of experience translating evidence into business action across customer, brand, market, or CX insights.
• Experience supporting a technology hardware, devices, services, or complex portfolio with both commercial and consumer offerings.
• Strong understanding of commercial buying dynamics (multi-stakeholder decisions, IT/business buyers).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer insights to understand needs, behaviors, and purchase journeys.
• Advance brand intelligence and translate brand health changes into portfolio actions.
• Connect attitudinal research with customer experience, product usage, and partner signals.
• Provide strategic consulting and evidence-based recommendations to leaders.
