Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Designer who leads by doing, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on craft across social, ecommerce, retail, and video. You’ll set the creative bar, earn client trust, and mentor teammates while partnering with marketing, sales and product to shape initiatives.

Expect to defend ideas with clear rationale, evolve brand standards, and build scalable design systems that improve speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience across multiple disciplines.
• Strong portfolio with campaign-level and production-level work.
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.
• Experience in or with an in-house agency or brand team.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and its impact on conversion.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with external vendors.
• Motion fundamentals and basic animation.
• Comfort with AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce exemplary design work across social, etail, retail, sales decks, and short-form video.
• Partner with internal clients across marketing, sales, and product.
• Concept and execute with visuals and words.
• Defend design decisions with strategic rationale.
• Contribute upstream — shaping briefs and strategy.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards across channels.
• Build scalable design systems and templates.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members and cross-functional partners.
