Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Vancouver-based Customer Experience Lead to run the Customer Welcome Center in Vancouver, WA. This role will coordinate executive briefings, tailor content, and showcase HP solutions to strategic accounts, working across sales, product, marketing, and executives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in technical roles or program management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years in technical roles, PM, marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and facilitate executive briefings, general sessions, and presentations from initial request to post-event follow-up.
• Present and tailor content to introduce HP solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with departments to gather information, SMEs attendance, and materials for briefings.
• Develop and maintain briefing schedules and inform all parties of updates.
• Capture customer feedback and leverage insights to improve the CWC experience.
