Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes and general questions with clear information and resolution.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone to assist rental needs.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions and assist with directions.
• Assist with account billing, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Promote the company and services while ensuring safe, courteous customer interactions.
