• 3+ years B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience selling technical, industrial, or manufactured products preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple quotes and timelines.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Growth: manage inbound inquiries and convert them into closed business.
• Grow revenue within assigned accounts.
• Identify new opportunities within existing customers.
• Maintain strong long term customer relationships.
• Manage full sales cycle from quoting through project completion.
• Follow up consistently on open quotes and pending opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and purchasing.
• Performance & Reporting: Track close rates, revenue growth, and account expansion.
• Provide regular forecasting and sales activity updates.
