Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum of five years of progressive Quality Control, inspection, or quality manufacturing experience.
Prior supervisory or management experience leading employees and operations.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and daily supervision of Quality Control personnel.
Establish daily work priorities aligned with production schedules and quality requirements.
Organize, assign, and monitor daily inspection activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain regular communication on priorities, challenges, and performance.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement coaching and corrective actions.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within Quality Control.
