Responsibilities

• Maintain customer order entries and monitor status daily to manage late issues.
• Prioritize multiple customer requests and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate transportation and shipping activities to support customer delivery requirements.
• Analyze customer demand, inventory, capacity, and shipment data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Use ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools to analyze order fulfillment performance.
• Investigate order management exceptions and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with planning, production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve supply chain challenges.
