Job summary

Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking a senior-level custodial worker for the San Solomon Springs Motor Court. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and storage spaces, plus laundry duties and grounds maintenance under limited supervision.

Qualifications require 8th grade completion and at least 1 year in custodial work; a valid Texas driver’s license is needed within 30 days. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 40 hours weekly, outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Completion of 8th grade or higher as a basic education requirement.
• One year of custodial or general cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, public use areas, and storage areas.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Monitor grounds for litter and conduct routine maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory to ensure supplies are available.
• Assist with facilities and grounds maintenance under supervision.
• Work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
