Job summary

Catalyst Environmental Solutions Corporation seeks a Cultural Resources Practice Leader to guide and grow our cultural resources services in the Western U.S. The role involves leading complex projects, supervising staff, and maintaining client and agency relationships across multidisciplinary environmental projects.

The position allows in-office or remote work in California or Oregon, with senior leadership collaboration and growth opportunities in regulatory strategy and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Archaeology/Anthropology or related field required.
• 10–15 years of professional Cultural Resources experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical expertise in cultural resources and regulatory review documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Catalyst’s Cultural Resources practice including strategy, client development, and leadership.
• Serve as Principal Investigator, Project Manager, and Technical Lead on complex projects.
• Manage tasks: research designs, work plans, survey strategies, reporting, data recovery, site evaluations.
