Responsibilities

• Lead and grow HELIX's Northern California Cultural Resources Group.
• Develop and implement regional growth strategies with leadership.
• Drive business development and marketing across Sacramento and NorCal.
• Build and maintain client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Manage major cultural resources projects and on-call contracts.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead cultural resources staff.
• Oversee financial performance and operational success.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across the company.
• Provide quality assurance and technical review of work products.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
