You will lead teams, prepare reports, mentor junior staff, and develop proposals while balancing cultural resource protection with project objectives. Flexible work options including remote/hybrid are available.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in archaeology, anthropology, or closely related field.
• 10–15+ years of related experience.
• Thorough understanding of NEPA, NHPA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and direct cultural resources teams for reports and mitigation.
• Provide oversight and interpretation of data for investigations and monitoring.
• Coordinate desktop and field efforts across projects.
• Prepare cultural resources reports and related materials.
• Mentor junior staff and develop proposals with budgets.
