Transforming Age is seeking a Senior Director of Culinary Services to lead an upscale culinary program across Tradition and Heathers Manor. This role involves on-site leadership, menu development, staffing, and budget oversight.

The position requires extensive executive chef experience, strong food service management skills, and willingness to travel between communities as needed. DOE with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as executive chef or chef in hotel, restaurant, club, or other similar employment.
• Minimum three years’ experience of administration and management of food service systems. Senior living community experience preferred.
• Must maintain reliable transportation and the ability to travel between communities as required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive, upscale Culinary Services program for Heathers Manor and Tradition.
• Develops staffing, retention plans, and provides leadership and development for staff.
• Monitors budgets, food quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance; oversees menus and dietary guidelines.
• Maintains regular on-site presence and travels between communities to ensure consistent execution.
