Fifth Third Bank in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Lead CSR/Teller (full time) with Spanish bilingual preferred to deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and support daily branch operations.

You will collaborate with the Financial Center Manager, refer customers to bankers for consultations, handle cash counts, protect confidential information, and help train new CSRs while upholding the bank's policies and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience handling cash and providing quality customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred for customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service and process routine banking transactions with accuracy.
• Refer customers to Bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to support branch operations and cash handling.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with policies and procedures.
• Assist in training and guiding junior CSRs as needed.
