Job summary

Haven Services with The Waterworks seeks a Customer Service Representative for our in-office team in Columbus. You will handle high-volume calls for Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Drain services, delivering an outstanding customer experience with professionalism and urgency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of customer service experience, CRM proficiency, and the ability to coordinate scheduling while supporting dispatch and field staff. Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience required.
• Previous call center/high-volume inbound environment experience required.
• Trade industry knowledge in Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical/Drain services preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems required.
• Service Titan experience is a strong PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and create a positive professional impression for customers requesting Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Drain service.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Listen to customer concerns and identify the best service solution based on urgency.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments to maximize technician availability.
• Enter customer details, service info, and notes into the CRM system.
