Corcentric is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to act as a trusted advisor, maximizing ROI and driving retention across a portfolio of platform-based solutions.

The role focuses on S2P/P2P domain knowledge, enterprise accounts, and collaborating with product, delivery, and support teams to expand footprint. Remote within US ETZ with some travel; base salary $100k-$135k plus discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• S2P, P2P or source-to-contract domain knowledge and experience.
• Approximately 4+ years’ experience in a SaaS environment working in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or similar.
• Experience managing a concentrated portfolio of 10-20 enterprise-scale customer accounts as a consultative partner.
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Efficient organizational skills with strategic and tactical thinking.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities and presentation skills.
• Proficiency using MS Excel to analyze and chart data.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a client executive advocate coordinating internal resources to achieve client goals.
• Primary post-sales contact for onboarding, guidance, training, and account activities.
• Cultivate executive relationships to reinforce the strategic value of solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customer executives to review milestones and ROI.
• Establish long-term success roadmaps with frequent checkpoints.
• Monitor health indicators and act to restore customer confidence.
