Job summary

Vizrt seeks a senior Customer Success leader in the AMECS region to translate complex broadcast environments into measurable value. You will own strategic outcomes, strengthen executive relationships, and scale the regional CS function while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.

You will shape account strategy, drive renewal readiness, and mentor CSMs in executive communication and cross-functional influence, with international travel as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success or related leadership roles.
• Experience with strategic accounts, renewal management and growth.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and executives.
• Strong communication, analytical and governance skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the success strategy for a portfolio of strategic AMECS customers.
• Lead regional CSMs and set operating rhythms and goals.
• Partner with Sales on renewal strategy, expansion and forecasts.
• Guide customers through adoption, modernization and value realization.
• Contribute to global CS strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
